🧍♂️ Before Your Photoshoot
1) Arrive on Time
Each appointment is designed in a 30-minute block to include registration, preparation, photoshoot, review, and payment. Late arrivals may shorten your session or require rescheduling.
2) Preparation Time
A changing room and dressing table are available for last-minute touch-ups.
Simple one-time-use styling tools such as combs, hair spray, rubber bands, and hair pins are provided.
3) Make-up & Styling
Bright studio lights are used during the shoot.
- For ladies: light, natural make-up is recommended to enhance details.
- For men: light lip colour and defined eyebrows improve final results.
- Avoid oily or shiny skin products that reflect light.
4) Hair & Dyed Colours
- Subtle or blended dyed hair may appear darker under strong lighting.
- Bright or multi-tone highlights may not be fully visible.
- For best effect, keep hair neat and away from the face.
📸 During the Photoshoot
1) Stay Still
The 3D photoshoot captures multiple angles in seconds. Please remain as still as possible to ensure accuracy. Our staff are trained to detect movement and will advise retakes if needed.
2) Children & Pets
We understand kids and pets can be active! Don’t worry, retakes are unlimited, and our team will guide you patiently to capture the best moment.
3) Poses & Props
You’re welcome to bring props such as plushies, handbags, or small accessories. However, note that certain props incur an additional charge.
🚫 Things to Avoid
To ensure your 3D figurine is accurate, detailed, and free from scanning issues, please avoid the following during your session:
1) Wearing Glasses or Sunglasses
These may cause reflections during 3D photoshoot and the frames are too thin to print accurately.
Thin or Dangling Objects
Items like earrings, tassels, or thin straps may not be fully captured or could break after printing.
2) Transparent or Gauze Dresses
See-through fabrics cannot be scanned correctly and may appear incomplete on the figurine.
3) Downward-facing Hats or Caps
Hats with wide brims can shadow your face and cause missing facial data.
4) Highly Reflective or Glittery Clothing
Avoid shiny fabrics, metallic materials, or full-body glitter that cause uneven reflections and dark spots.
5) Full Dark-Coloured Outfits
Wearing all black or navy can make your upper and lower body blend together in the scan.
➜ Tip: Add contrast with lighter clothing or accessories.
6) Highly Detailed Jewellery or Watches
Fine engravings may not appear clearly in smaller figurines.
7) Complex Props or Wheelchairs
Due to printing limitations, items like wheel spokes or extremely fine parts are not printable.
For customers who cannot stand for long, a chair can be provided for the shoot.
Note: the chair will be considered an additional prop and subject to a surcharge.
🧾 Studio Rules
1) Safety & Security
CCTV monitoring is in operation for your safety. Recordings are used strictly for security purposes only.
2) Respect & Conduct
Please follow staff instructions and respect other customers’ time. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
3) Payment & Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only upon full payment. Once submitted for 3D printing, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
4) Image Review
You will be shown a 360° preview of your 3D scan to confirm your satisfaction before printing. Once approved, any further changes cannot be made.
5) Quality & Resolution
Each figurine is a handcrafted art piece. Slight differences in colour tone, texture, or facial detail are normal and expected due to material and lighting variations.
Helpful Tips
- Avoid large bags or bulky clothing that restrict movement.
- Bring your best smile — natural expressions work best in 3D!
Families and groups should coordinate colours to achieve a cohesive look.
